Canadian musician James Hill proves his musical genius by transforming his Ukelele into a mini beat factory. Using a handful of household objects- a bit of duck tape, some wooden chopsticks and a rubber thimble- Hill wholly converts this humble Hawaiian instrument.

RYOT NOTE: It certainly requires a lot of skill to transform an instrument into a whole new tool. Music education leads to a future of innovation and new sound. That’s why The Fender Music Foundation supports music education programs nationally by providing those in need with instruments and by advocating the benefits of music education. They understand the impact music has on the lives of people of all ages, and the tremendous gift it brings to participants and listener. They want to help make that gift available to everyone. Click on the gray box, donate and Become The News!
