Operation Blessing International Relief and Development Corporation (OBI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, humanitarian organization headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia. OBI core programs are disaster relief, medical aid, hunger relief, orphan care, water wells and community development.
